Whether they like it or not, LGBT people exist in the society and do carry on with their lives but at huge costs such as basic human rights, workplace equality, isolation and loneliness and simply to be free from persecution and the subject of hatred. This is the side of things haters willingly remain oblivious to because it takes a brain and a heart to put one's self in someone else's shoes and walk a mile. It's easy to lash out at something you don't understand than make an effort to empathize with someone suffering. This is exactly what's wrong with our world today. Ignorance is not a virtue..."
