These are the Guide Lines Which posted by Management of Elakiri
1. Do NOT post Adult materials which are not suitable for all audiences.
2. Do NOT post illegal/copyright materials.
3. Do NOT post stuff downloaded from other Srilankan sites.
4. Do NOT SPAM/Advertise your websites in the forums, signature or in your avatar etc.. by any method. You can put your personal homepage if you like. At the same time Do NOT spam our site on other forums too. We should respect others work right? You can talk about our site or link to our site on other forums or sites, but do not do it in a spam manner which will harm other sites.
5. Do NOT hijack threads, insult other members, respect everybody!

Elakiri Policy about Fightsi
Just saw some threads with fights and members insulting each other in very uncivilized way. I can't check every thread, there are 1000s appear every day. So guys I need your help! Please PM me when something is going wrong.
And even you are on which side you don't have any right to start or join a fight.
Old members, new members it’s all the same. So i will have to take action against everyone who participated in the fight.
I don't care which is the truth and who has facts etc.. Simple ElaKiri Rules say no insulting other members! Should respect each other!
Under that i will have to ban everyone who participated in the fight.
So simply i am considering debates accepted under ElaKiri rules only! Others will completely ignored and the causes of debate or whoz good and whoz bad etc.. I don’t really care. I will take action against every participant.
If someone made problems to you or insulted you then please report me, I will take care about them. You don't have any right to continue the fight.
You may think that's girlish or your enemy will say you are scared. But remember how much you fight still nothing happens to your enemy you just posting words online and there is no use of that coz no physical power is used. Even an 80 year old grandpa can talk like a superman. So don’t waste time on fights and be wise! Please report me everyone who make problems in the forum and from PM or from any other related methods. I will take care about them.
We want to see peace again in ElaKiri. So I think the time has come to take some big steps for that.

Posting about Religions and Races
I understand the need for posting threads to tell your ideas and discuses them like gentleman.
But it should not be done in anyway to insult any race or religion.
It’s good to talk scientifically and search for the reality. But if someone believes in a religion let them be like that. Those discussions should be there only for knowledge and enthusiasm.
Don’t post threads directing the blame/criticism to a whole race or religion for what few people of that religion or race did. Clearly mention that you are directing this only to the specific special group.
Never bounce those threads even if you never got any replies. If you are posting a reply to some other person’s thread please think twice about the circumstances going to happen after that.
This is a risky business and you have to understand that you are playing on the edge of the rules.
So you can get banned for any mistake. Please note Elakiri rules apply everywhere.
Don’t try to be an extremist in anyway. And don’t try to force others to understand or believe your judgment. I got few messages from extremists and racists that they will do things against elakiri.
That’s really funny and I don’t care about those statements. Do whatever you can and try hard as much as you can!
For all others let’s make elakiri a better place for everyone and in the same time a place to discuss your ides freely and scientifically.
