Dear friends,
Thought to post a link to a Deshana on "Potthapada Sutta" by Ven. Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thero...
In addition to the Sutta, the Thero briefly presents few points on Sasthru Sashana, history of Dhamma, start of Mahamevnawa, etc. in the introductory part.
I personally think this Deshana as one worthy to listen to (as it clarifies a lot of misinformation).
Even this Sutta from Dhiganikaya is special, as it explains few things not disclosed elsewhere... It will surely clarify misinformation we have got about Mano Kaya...
Inviting you to find out more at: http://www.gautamabuddha.ca/bana/sinhala/018_Pottapada_sutta.mp3

It's also available online as a Mahamevnawa Tipitaka Publication: http://www.gautamabuddha.org/downloads/pdf/thripitaka/Deega_Nikya_1_part_02.pdf (It is the 9th Sutta of Seelakandha Vagga)
