Tigo Collect call is simply you can Collect all your outgoing call time from the previous month and spend it free for tigo to tigo calls on a day of your choice.

sounds good.. but how exactly does it work... means they want us to talk... to any number of calls.. like for the whole month take calls for 250 mins then anith maase 250 mins walata dawasakata Tigo 2 Tigo katha karanna denawada? ehema scene ekakda?
