To All Airtel HSDPA Customer's
Has your internet speed dropped drastically since the morning of the 29 june 2010?
Is Airtel cheating customers by reducing the speed without prior notice? (This has nothing to do with the FUP implemented recently)
Can Airtel force a customer to accept the FUP being implemented now if no such policy was in place when the package was initially purchased?
(Can someone with some legal background enlighten me on this)
Please post your comments as when most of us call customer care they act as if this an isolated incident and they have not done anything to reduce the speed.
The only plus point is that they have the most courteous liars at customer care I have ever spoken to.
