අපෙ අක්කත් awards දිනපු tm කෙනෙක් . ලංකාවේ නම් නෙමෙයි, middle east country එකක. අක්කා කියන විදියට නම් English විතරක් නෙමෙයි, attitude එකේ ඉදලා සම්පූර්ණ personality එකම හැදෙනවලු කෙනෙක්ගේ.

මමත් දැනගන්න තමා විස්තර ඇහුවේ.

මං එකකට ජොයින් වෙලා ඉන්නවා. ඇත්තටම ගොඩක් හොදයි. ඔයා මෙම්බර් කෙනෙක් විදියට ජොයින් උනාම ඔයාට මෙන්ටර් කෙනෙක් හම්බෙනවා. ඒ මෙන්ටර් තමන්ට වඩා අවුරුද්දක් විදියට TM එකේ සීනියර් මෙම්බර් කෙනෙක්. එයා ඔයා කරන Roles, speeches monitor කරලා ඔයාට කමෙන්ට් දෙනවා. මං හිතන විදියට toastmaster කියන්නේ ඔයාගේ Personality එක develop කරන්න ගොඩක් හොද තැනක්.

It is a good place to improve your english, like one guy said the effectiveness will always depend on the club because it is always the members who do the judging. But they never laugh always encourage. So that will give you confidence to improve your language.

That said, the way of speaking is more towards story telling. In my personal opinion that style doesn't fit all your public speaking requirements (eg: presentations). But if you get the hang of it you can definitely improvise.
