Dhamma will remain pure..
Only weak and dirty human being who acts as if they are following for the sake of living becomes dirty and commits the worst Karma they can commit.

I think it won't be possible for even Buddha didn't use force ever to correct a monk.. It is simply not possible unless they them selves would not understand..
But we can follow what Buddha said... especially Satipatthana Sutta... the practical way to overcome ignorance and suffering.

Ingredients

* 2 cups of atta (wheat flour)
* 2 tablespoons of ghee or softened butter
* 1 cup of water

Steps

1. Put the wheat flour and ghee into a bowl, and mix until crumbly.
2. Add ½ a cup of the water to the flour mixture, and stir so it combines into a soft dough.
3. Add the remaining water slowly, stirring until it's fully combined.
4. Knead the dough for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Place the dough into an oiled bowl, and cover. Leave covered for 40 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into 10 or 12 small balls, and dip them into flour.
