machans don't get so upset Psycho Parade 2016 had 2000+ vehicles and 4000+ walking crowd. Parade was 4 km in length. it's a very low value for our capacity anyway. 6000+ students are there in a typical school hour, plus there are some 20,000+ passed out donz out there. so 2017 is going to be bigger
