Gear box එකේ transmission oil leak එකක් තියෙනවා.ලොකුවට leak වෙන්නේ නෑ .Service කරන තැනින් කීවේ torque converter එකේ leak එකක් වගේ කියලා.
මේකට මොකක්ද දෙන්න පුලුවන් විසදුම.
Automobile කුකුල්කු ටික දෙන්න බලන්න විසදුමක්.
I dont understand how a torque converter can leak fluid to the outside. If the torque converter has actually developed a crack and is leaking, the car probably wont run right (gear change issues, shuddering, etc.. )
Places where a front-wheel-drive transmission can leak:
* oil seal near the engine output shaft (between gearbox and engine/crank) - i think it should leak from the bell-housing if this seal is bad, But if the bellhousing is tightly sealed, it may not leak to the outside
* two oil seals at gearbox output shafts (both sides of the gearbox, where the CV shaft/drive shaft goes in) - these will directly leak to the outside if they are bad
* Transmission cooler lines - rubber hoses going to/from gearbox to radiator/cooler - there will be few of these depending on car/model
To diagnose, can try the following :
* remove splash guard (plastic guard under the engine)
* de-grease and clean everything under the engine, specially around the gearbox
* run the car for a couple of days and look for leaks
