Check the setting in your torrent client. It should be there. If its not, get a torrent client that has protocol encryption.

ok, 44 seeds, how many peers ?

Dialog has traffic shaping. They give priority to http traffic. Without protocol encryption, even torrents with good seeds/peers ratio will be slow.
