We were unable to handover relevant goods for the order "DCP 2454" because we did not get the money for order "DCP 1570" up until that moment.
According to our agreement all the payments should be made under 45 days. But occasionally that time exceeds .
relevant goods for DCP 2454 were handed over by us on 15th on November and we received the payments after exceeding the 45days period by 30 days. So we could not process the order and could not handover the goods on the agreed day.Because of that reason you have reduced 8474.91 liqudat from the payments.But we kindly suggest the return of that money. Please consider that. And Please consider this situation in future transactions.
