Meanwhile send a Email to [email protected] about your problem and what SLT says.

wadak ne ban,,,,trc eke ewunta kiwwata un action eke labane awurudde gani...un kiyanne meka illegal kiyala,...ehenam mokada ban un oke pata gala nawatanne nette.mokek hari minihek geyakata penela badu issuwoth policeya uwa pata gala arrest karanawane.den slt ekath ewage deyak ne karannne,mopkadda meketa action ekek ganne nette

yeh dude ,bt u cn giv it a try....wht thy say is it's illegal and they'll take a action soon/...anywy call it and complain it/u shld contact mr.sanath siriwardena ,he's responsible for thz kind of mattrs.

Called 2 Mr.Sanath Siriwardana.
He says that what SLT is doing is not acceptable. They haven't taken permission 4rm TRC 2 limit us.
So they hv called SLT 4 an inquiry.
He took my details & said 2 write a letter regarding this problem 2 them.

TRCSL has received proposals from two fixed broadband operators to introduce FUP (Fair Usage Policy) on their unlimited broadband services together with supportive reasons. TRCSL has gathered i.e. data usage volumes of the subscribers who use unlimited services for a variety of purposes.
TRCSL is now in the process of reviewing ISPs proposals to introduce FUP in unlimited broadband services. No approval has so far been given to any of the operators introduce FUP on their existing unlimited broadband services. The broadband operators are not allowed to apply FUP or any similar traffic throttling mechanism on subscriber services without obtaining a prior approval from the TRCSL.
