TRCSL IMEI registration for a Gifted-Used phone

Does anyone know how to register a gifted Smartphone with TRCSL . Issue is they ask for a billing proof or custom detention letter. This was carried in a personal luggage as it was a used one by the given party.

Yes machan, but it does not specify my requirement, as the phone is cleared from the customs and with me at the moment.

Haha true, but yesterday i got an sms saying that the phone is provisionally allowed to use the mobile network.. So need to settle this before it gets blocked.

Is your phone also hand carried one through the airport? Im hoping to get one from UAE. My concern is that if I get the invoice would it be enough to register without any issues

TRCSL registration notice එක සියලුම IMEI devices වලට කියල දාල තිබ්බට දැනට registration කරන්නෙ phones විතරයි. Routers වගෙ devices තාම registration කරන්නෙ නෑ. TRCSL එකෙන් කිව්වෙ. Phone එකක් නම් අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම registration කරගන්න. Registration excuse window එකෙන් පස්සෙ unregistered phones block කරන එක mobile carriers වලින් කරන්න ගනි කිව්වා.
