Self medicated.. TRT isnt available in Srilanka other than lanka hosptal it self, and they also dont do it if your range arounf 300-400, for a man Asian doctors assume 300 rage is good, But in actulaity thats not enough, you have to be in 700-900 level. Test peak in when 18- or 19 years old, then decline and after 30 its goes down up to 300 levels. US and Europe doctors always aim for 800 level,

For me it costs around 20000 for 3 moths,
