I have used a patriot UPS and it was bit costly but was very reliable one. It could backup my system up to 30 minutes and it cost me 10K. And I used it for 5 years without a glitch. But after that one of it's chip was burned out and when I take it to repairs the agents (IE Technics) told me that it will cost few thousand rupees for the chip. So I had to abandon it.

After that I purchased DCP 600 UPS (cost me about 3000-3500 not remember exact price), and don't sure who is the manufacturer is. But it also can backup my system about 15-20 minutes and working for past 1.5 years without a trouble.

Go for APC (American Power Conversion) its the best brand available, I've used one earlier for 9 years without changing battery. Now I use something similar to this
