දෙකෙන් මොන එකේද හොඳම Living experience එක ගන්න පුළුවන් ?

If you can get to a good University in UK. it's impeccable.

I mean country which updates quickly with new technologies etc machan
My subject is Software Engineering..

easy answer - if you just want to study in a top university and work somewhere else aftewards, and if you have what it takes to study in one of those(high school grades or equivalent ,money etc etc) then UK is the best option.

or if you want to study in a very good uni but may not be as high ranked as in UK and work in the same country afterwards then its Australia.

as far as living experience is concerned, both countries generally offers the same thing
