2) How is promotions given?

2) every year HR notice the criteria - but if you been recomende by the superiors then you will be promoted if you are not in the criteria
3) this will depend on the profit but nearly 2,3,4 or no bonus

true. BOC staff assistants( tellers) get a package around 85k to 95k .
