that code inserts the image... now on how to put that to your profile tab...
on the search bar above... look up static fbml and click add to page... select the page you want to add an animation to... then after doing so... go to your page... click edit page... search for the fbml then click edit... name your box what ever you like... then paste the code on the text field next to FBML... then save changes...
whooooo... hehehe... next... go to your page... click the plus tab and then click the one with your box's name... i named mine jhenvinne24 so i clicked that... then you should see a pencil like image... click on that and click add to profile tab... and there you go...

Don't PM me regarding thisIf you have a question please post it right here
Just type 'static fbml' in the search bar in FB and add that application to your profile
After that go to your created page where you want to add the animation and click 'edit page' ( You find this in the bottom of the page I think)
Upload the image in to a image hosting website and get the direct link and
<fb:fbml>

How to allow statoc fbml application ?

You have to create a page ( Anypage you want) and click on 'Add to my Page' and give your page. This is not an ordinary application which you can add to your profile.
