UPS buying help

Hi Guys, can anybody tell me what are the best ups brands out there in local market. DCP looks common these days but I've never used it. Do any of you have some experience with that? At least 2 years using? How about prolink products? I am looking for a product with at lease 1kv.

The brands like APC and EAST has good reputation internationally but it's kinda hard to find a good dealer here isn't it?
