Go to the police, make a complaint giving the 072 number and say they you are getting threatening calls from that number and that they are asking for ransom.
Let the police manage the problem after that.
After you make an entry, get the entry number and call tigo customer service and complain to them giving the phone number and the police complaint number. That'll at least get that number disconnected.
Also if you get any more calls from that number, or person, record the calls.
