Selection Criteria -
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of industry experience
• Sound knowledge in web related development, architecture/design patterns
• Processing good interpersonal, analytical and programming skills
• Sound knowledge of .NET Framework
• Dot Net2.0,ASP.NET,C#,AJAX,WebServicess,JavaScript,CSS,DHTML and XML with Strong understanding of OOP Concepts
• Good knowledge of Dot Net 3.5 will be an advantage
• Experience working with SQL 2005/2000
Associate Tech Lead
Job Profile -
The Associate Technical Lead is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction by contributing to the architecture, development and maintenance of the suite of products.
Selection Criteria -
• Minimum 4 years experience in the IT industry and 3 years experience as a Tech Lead
• Should have experience in architect, design and develop technical solutions and specifications that meet client requirements (e.g. system analysis and design, application and database development, stored procedures, report development, producing crystal reports and MSSQL reports)
• Ability to develop suitable technical solutions and specifications that effectively describe solutions
• Must have previous experience in Project Management concepts and should possess strong leadership skills
• Experience in conducting code review audits for evaluations
• Excellent knowledge of and experience with Business Processes, System Development Life Cycle and best practices of quality management.
UI Lead
Job Profile -
The UI Lead is responsible for designing a friendly and powerful user experience for the suite of products by working closely with the development team to turn client needs into elements of user interface design applying an exciting, approachable and powerful experience to how the interface looks and works.
Selection Criteria -
• Minimum 4 years experience in the industry
• Experience in designing compelling user experiences to products by defining the visual layout, graphic elements, interaction and overall look and feel.
• Ability to develop style guides, mock-ups and prototypes that depict proper flow and navigation that focus on usability needs.
• Should have experience in producing style guides, templates, screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, icons, and logos.
• Sound knowledge in building, testing, deploying and maintaining the production UI code for complex web-based applications using JavaScript, CSS, X/HTML and other programming and scripting languages.
