if the board doesnt have USB 2, there's no way you can update that. Its hardware, not Software.

You can use a PCI USB.20 add on card for this.It will be 750~900 Rs..Features 4 USB 2.0 ports on back panel,i USB 2.0 port in the inside/pinheader for USB to use with front panel.It will fit into your PCI V2.1 or higher slot in the mobo.Try unity plaza or digital zone @ MC.
