CS3 has better acceleration and pulling power due to its bigger engine (1.3L vs 1.6L)
When it comes to FE CS1 does better in stop-and-go city traffic while CS3 does better in highways and outstation
Overall, under mixed conditions, (city+outstation) CS2 and CS3 has better FE figures than the CS1
