fallenzeraphine said:After testing Windows 7 Build 7201 for some time (This is not the Release Candidate, its the RTM version and is the final product) I can safely say that its a much mature Product than vista at any rate, memory consumption has improved dramatically, and the interface is very snappy, start up is very fast, it uses about 700MB of memory without any third party background processes are running and settles at 30 running processes (this was close to 50 processes in Vista and used almost 1.7GB of ram on the first run). its performance is almost on par with windows XP but if u tweak XP properly XP is quite un beatable, so yeah Windows 7 is a good OS, now we just have to find ways to tweak it to get more juise out of it.
and they will realese the RTM version by the end of August i guess
