Voter turnout on average 35% at noon

The PAFFREL said that 30-35 percent of voter turn out had been reported in the Colombo district and 35-40 in the districts of Gampaha and Kalutara by noon today. Organization’s Deputy Executive Director Rohana Hettiarachchi said this was only a normal percentage reported at a provincial election.
