This is absolute nonsense.
If your car is rated for Octane 95, use Octane 95 (most European cars)
If your car is rated for Octane 92, use Octane 92 (most Japanese cars and modern European hybrids incl BMW, Merc etc.)
Octane 100 is only recommended for performance cars. There are very few of these in the country.
Octane additives are used only to prevent pre-ignition knock.
In Europe, all car manufacturers have shifted towards E10 (Octane 95) from E5 (Octane 98). Octane 100 is absolutely unnecessary for most cars.
