It is disgusting what they do, it's menacing and can damage your roof..

Anyone in your situation should call the cops..

Where I live, I have petitioned to the Court for Restraint Orders against some of my neighbours and found the procedure, quite convenient, provided you know their contact details..

With a Restraint Order, Cops would immediately arrest the culprit, next time they engage in the same behavior..

Before a Restraint Order is issued, the Court will try to formally conciliate the 2 parties..

They are not good neighbours and you have to be tough with such people..
