Hello,
the idea is pretty good, but i dont think everyone will do justice to it, reason being: requires time & Conentration, some one who is doing it from the bottom of their heart! Spamming requires mind as well, half of the people get banned from forums and other relevant sites because they talk junk, completely off the topic. so i dont think you should keep the offer "Open to all" instead, target a handfull amount of people who you think can do it and can learn w/e way you teach them to work!......
