We need a Sri Lankan home page in English

We need a sri lankan home page similar to rediff ,sify, yahoo, msn in english. Nothing is there for sri lanka. Even google.lk search do not give proper Sri Lankan search result. It really sucks. Because all we have is company web pages. We need some things with news views, movies, email and search. I would like to get comment from other users as well.
