great idea.. Lankan Torrents is so damn slow..also no seeds

Doesn't matter how good the content is if we have no seeders..my experience is a lot of lankans r awesome leeches... even after tons of re-seed requests u'll be very lucky to get a seed..

Hope u guys force some strict ratio rules...
