I built a website using godaddy shopping cart to sell some stuff.
now i want to promote it.
most of my buyers are from USA.
please let me know the methods to promote a website

1)by spamming
(but there is a risk that your site can be blocked)
2)by advertising
3)by sharing on Facebook or like that community networks
4)by configuring your site properly in technicalwise (such as include the meta tags, proper descriptions,submit your site into search engines ,include keywords, etc..)
