that's like asking which is better ? benz or bmw ?

nope its lyk a Benz and a Toyota . depend on the usersm ppl need benz and totoya is enough for sm ppl. choice is yours

to me ubuntu 9.04 is lyk a OLD Wolkswagon. full of bugs and poor HW support (DAt Jakalope couldn't handle my CDMA) . but sm ppl lyk it

Fedora is so powerful. on stream Sinhala sup (On Stream Sinhala Desktop). highly stable and less bugs.we can DO every thing we want to Do.

IF you want a 'baba' Act, stay with ubuntu. if you wanna get a REAL LINUX experience, then you have to get another way. (not only fedora, debian, slackware, gentoo etc can gv the REAL Linux EXP)

Chiose it yours.

one last thing, ubuntu is NOT LINUX.. sm ppl just use ubuntu and blame linux. Fools

What the devil happened ? did an Ubuntu CD scratch your hand or something ?
Ubuntu is based on Debian. If Ubuntu doesnt give you real linux experience, are you saying Debian doesnt either ?
Ubuntu based servers are just as stable as REHL or Fedora.

adooo... fedora 11 is out but it's full of bugs. so better be careful. I installed it today. I got a warning from IT sec dep of my uni for excessive downloads. ) he he he... I downloaded bunch of Linux distros. Vector Linux, CentOS, Debian, sabayon, mint, ubuntu. I want to try all these distros as soon as I finish my exams.

yes absolutely. It refuse to take my orders, and my poor Hardware.

but debian is still manual customizable. in ubuntu almost everything automated which i hate to see i couldn't C whts happening inside (i'm talking about 9.04), its really good for a newbie. but i expect more...

hey hey, lets stop this. ppl who dun no about FOSS stuff would get misunderstandings. .

OK Ubuntu is good. its best for Newbies (beginners) . its up to the USER

no need to install drivers. most of HW's are auto detected. (but not the uncomman HW's like ZTC Modem )
