I used IQAS. took me two months to get. your University should send the certificates directly to the assessing authority.

one other thing. apply your self if you can. how much do you pay for the agent?

Close to 600000 with visa, High commission fees and everything. i.e. for the total PR work excluding the assessments of certificates. The assessment needs to be done by ourselves.

How did u get through to the Uni? Did you go through the College/ Institute here or directly applied from Uni.

You have to create an account in IQAS. then pay the fees. ask uni to send transcripts with IQAS for in sealed envelop. Once it is reached to IQAS they will asses your credentials and Issue a certificate. Use it to apply for Express Entry.
I did evrything bymyself. I only spent
Rs/50000 for application processing fee for Express entry + 200$ for ECA + Rs/70000 for Right of Permanent Residency Fee

I got PR and moving in September.
It took only 4 months.

it was like 200-250$ . I didn't remember exact amount.

Institute means the place you did the course, i.e. ICBT / ACBT. Certificates are issued by the University.
