Personally I think it is a good social network. I don't have that much experience with other similar networks except Hi5. Compared to Hi5 I think FB is better because of the security measures it has taken to protect privacy.

Why do you say so ? I think its a good idea, especially for those who live outside SL. Who has the time to write emails or call everyone? With facebook you can easily find out whats going on in their lives…
