labtec pulse 424 is actually a quite good product..its subwoofer has a 8 inch driver right...but its amp only have 35watts so the sound pressure level might not be good, any way if ur willing to upgrade whats ur price range
if you think the loudness is the problem with that, i can live with it, because i can't turn up the volume high anyway. (right now at 33% and if i opened up the room door, mom will come with a broom :P)

would that ATP3 give a lot better audio than my current one?

yeap its a matter of prefererance if u dont like high volume levels i think ur ok with ur sub...no the ATP3 dont have the power to deliver SPL levels of ur sub but im quite sure it sounds way more crispier and harmonic than ur sub..cuz the satelites of the ATP3 has some latest drivers

Um...then again, I'm not so keen about old products. (of course they are not bad, but...:D)

Well, I will wait few more months before I can afford a good one. Maybe my priorities will change that :P Who knows...

Anusha Old products such as 2001 Audigy still prevails over the high end onboard audio solutions such as Supreme FX 2.........in many ways......not just taking some load off the CPU......
