NOPE...

you can simply prove that with a test...

Use the same download & use FDM and IDM to download it seperately from each other. IDM will show you very high speeds FDM will show you the true speeds. When the download is finished measure the time. you'll see that IDM takes a little more time than FDM. Now is this possible ??? IDM shows high speed and takes more time.. how do you explain that...
Ive shown this with proof in an earlier thread.

the you devide the size by fdm speed n you'll see its the reasonable avg time which is the actual time compared with the false speed shown in IDM.
