I use Tigo! For me it's fine! As there is toally incoming free, there are no cost for incoming calls! Also the outgoing call is a per-second bill offer, so comparing to sending SMS is cheaper to call as it cost less! There is also a T2T 1000 SMS offer just for Rs.10 daily which u have to subscribe daily by sending a SMS to Tigo!
