thanks for spending ur valuable minute for this..the thing is i feel that there are only less demand in HR more than mrkting..when i take sunday observer there are so many in mrketing. today i got only 2 vacancies for HR..So im afraid..as this is my last chance..thats why im struggling to take the better decision..and always my heart says to do HR..

my suggestion is do operation level (business mgt,accounting, marketing..... not HR) job as a first job,
then after u can move to HR,

i think HR is better job market there are have lot of ppl have marketing qualified fellows but HR less number and in Marketing if you loss the creativity you might feel you loss the job as well....

Omg..dnt take serious..thanks for spending ur valuable time to give ur idea on this..ur feedback is really appreciated..u know..and it encouraged me to do HR..as earlier i decided..bt i thought twice cos..this is highly affected to my future.... if my decision is wrong i have to go from the beginning again..

The field of Marketing has a higher potential in every aspect but the issue is either u can do it or u cant do it. But if u can .. the path is open in every mean u can imagine. HR is rather a context particular to administration, can be boring sometimes.

However there is nothing called good or bad, that is totally unique on who u r. Ones meat is one's poison. I would recommend marketing but its totally on who u r. also not to forget u need to be a totally updated woman if u need to excell in anyof these areas, always u must be able to think in a modern & a futuristic way. Basically "Gode" men or wemen cannot survive in this turbulent corporate environment. So first get the basics right before u step in to the "no turn back" life..
