What SW to use to check the Frame Rate of my VGA ?

I bought a new card & my PC is a bit old..

So wanna check the frame rate of my card @ 1024x768

card is GeFroce 9600GT & my processor is an old Pentium D

whats the SW I should use & whats a reasonable Frame Rate I should except @ 1024x768 ?

Display properties > Settings > Advanced > Adapter > List All Module
then u will see a list of all resolotion@fpr

my best ges is u better select 60@1024x768

i think 60 is the max rate..but if you can select 75 its good for your health i think.....
