When I minimize a folder, it shows whole directory

This is kind of a strange problem to explain so ill just post a picture
and hopefully someone knows how to fix it.I use Xp SP3

Basically when I open up a folder called lets say.. "Music" and then i
minimize it to my desktop, it does say "Music" it says like
"C:\Users\Guest\Desktop" when its minimized, and its really annoying
because when i have like 2 folders minimized, and never know which one
is which.

Please help me.

Since I haven't used XP in 2 yrs I'm not 100% sure machan.
But as I remember, there is an option in the 'folder options', to do something like 'show full directory path' or 'show complete file name' or something similar as a check box or a radio button...
someone else might have a better explanation anyway
