Im my experience i have used ntb card , hnb card , combank card

NationsTrust is give many facilities free... ebanking, mobile banking, sms alert, free atm withdrowal, monthly e statment,

And refund received with in 3 days

Combank = ebanking Rs.500/ refund received within 3days/ atm fee rs.5/ mobilebanking rs.500/

Hnb = ebanking Rs.500/ refund received within over 14days[delay over month] / atm fee rs.5/ mobilebanking rs.500/

NationsTrust ebanking free/ refund received within 3days/ atm fee rs.0/ mobilebanking free

I'm using sampath web card which is pre loaded credit card.
It is the most safest way (I felt) to give ur CC or DC info to web.
If it hacked, still they can use only the balance available in the card. Other thing you can load what ever amount only which you need to pay. ie why it is safe....

correct... this is use for web payments only. For other local payments i'm using
normal CC's. keeping a separate card for web use is worth now a days i guess

Na bn... wena kisima bank ekakata ehma na... ubalage savings acc ekata hambena normal debit card eken payment krana puluwan hnb wala.
