Which bank's Visa Debit card can u use in PayPal?

I know all the credit cards are working fine but this is about Visa Debit cards, I tried adding my HSBC Visa debit card, but it is not possible it seems.

If you are using a debit card in PayPal please post which bank it is from, thanx.

You can't use Sampath Visa because it is not allowed you to pass international gateways. But you can use it to do transactions inside the country (mobile bill payments like wise..)

But Sampath bank issue a card called "WEB CARD". from that you can pass through international gateways. So Can use for PayPal.

I have heard that HNB and Commercial VISA DEBIT card is allowed to do international transactions (Not Sure)
