Sampath (Visa) - Really good, only 4 charges. They have an excellent online banking but a poor mobile app. Good offers and installment plans available
DFCC - 1% Cashback to a Savings Account on every transaction. Good web banking, but no proper Mobile App. 0% installments up to 6 months available.
NTB Amex - Installment promotions are stopped, offers reduced and they don't issue new cards too AFAIK. But they have a nice Mobile App
Pan Asia Bank - Nothing good to say.
Combank - Installments offers are available, other offers are also good. Below average digital banking app.
Seylan - Good number of offers these days and provides 0% installment at most places.

and Amex Platinum also is good machan.
But comparing other offers and benefits, I would say visa signature and infinite is better

Combank --? Keells Cargils offers, Andum offers, Abans, Singer offers, Hotel offers (Loku conditions ne) --> I have one
HSBC --> Apita wadakata athi offers adui, Posh place wala offers tiyenne (conditions wadi)--> I have one
HNB --> Hotel offers --> I have one but rarely use it

DFCC/NTB/BOC --> keells/Cargils offers tiyenawa. Andum wage ewata hondai kiyanawa. But cannot properly comment since I don't have one.
