Forget the National Treasure
Choose the best from Last Samurai and Minority like choosing the best from Jayasuriya and Micheal Jackson
You need emotional one you go for Last Samurai. Its the movie I came to realize how talented Tom Cruise is
Looking for conceptual and bit Philosophical one like Inception
go for Minority Report
National Treasure is also good one
but no match for non of the above two movies
