who can solve the 404-error problem??

Hello, everyone on forum, I am newbie from New York, I am here just want to discuss something refers to software, firstly, I want to ask all of u here how to solve the 404-error problem, it's really the problem of wire speed? or there is something wrong with my PC? Thanks...

404 is page not found error code..

which means you are accessing a page which doesn't exist or currently unavailable.. and the web container(Server) sends you this error code...
