it was only the doctors who reported false information

then who's responsible for swine flu entering our country?
that cant be those doctors swarming lies about the malfunctioning scanner.
one way or another government shoud take the responsibility
but after all

government can't do much to prevent this from coming to the country other than just scan them at the airport.
