The immigration rules have been tightened up. Actually, studying in Australia has its own benefits when applying for a visa. But now they have introduced a system called, Skill Select, which facilitates applicants to check their eligibility towards a visa. Unlike those days, where an applicant must study in Australia to apply for PR; now people can apply for Australian PR, if they have done studies in their countries but claim enough points to apply towards a specific visa. That's a great aspect.
Jobs are there if you are qualified enough. Actually, anyone can do any job no matter whether it's part-time or full-time. You can earn your living in any way till you find a suitable job in your field. Honestly speaking, if you can manage your English, if you are an active character and if you are able to deal with people, staying in Australia is no big deal. But you need money to kick start your studies or career. You will not get anything without money but you can earn later.what about job market in Ausi ?

Machan, SOL is the one you need to go through when applying for PR if you have an accredited degree. It's the general process.
You must nominate an occupation from the CSOL if you are nominated by a State or Territory Government, a direct entry stream Employer Nomination Scheme visa, a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) or a Training and Research Visa (Subclass 402).
Applicants who require a skills assessment as part of their visa application must contact a relevant assessing authority directly to obtain a skills assessment. The assessing authority will provide all necessary applications forms and associated information relating to the assessment.
If you are sponsored by someone or a company in Australia, you are entitled under the CSOL. If no one's there to sponsor you, you will have to claim points depending on your qualifications and experience which comes under SOL. That's the difference between CSOL and SOL

"Someone" means, an eligible blood relative, who is a permanent resident or a citizen in Australia. Employer nomination has to be done through a migration lawyer who has contacts with a person or group, those who recruit people in their companies or workplaces and then facilitate them in obtaining their visa. They give you a letter of confirmation mentioning that you work in there but that position has to match with the position you are applying in SOL. For example, If you get assessed as an IT manager, you will have to find an employer, who offers you a position related to that category and also when you qualify under employer nominated sponsorship category, you may need to work in regional areas rather than in metropolitan areas in Australia. Please consult a migration lawyer for more information regarding state and employer nominated sponsorship.

BCS and ACS are two different qualifications conducted under two different educational frameworks and in two different countries. So there is nothing called, exemptions from ACS when you have BCS. ACS, acts as a body in assessing qualifications and providing skills assessment for migrants. If you have completed Certificate, Diploma and PGD levels of BCS, you can apply for an assessment. There is a list of occupations assessed by ACS. It depends on the subjects you have completed and whether they contain majors in networking, system design etc. I cannot guarantee that they will assess BCS for a skilled occupation since it's a British study requirement not an Australian study component to be assessed under Australian Qualifications Framework. Please send a mail to ACS and see what they say.

If you study for a qualification, which is assessed as accredited in the Skilled Occupation List,you may apply for PR or any other visa category. For example, If you study for a degree in Computer Systems or a degree in engineering, the closely nominated occupations are listed depending on your qualification. You need to have a look at the Skilled Occupation List for all the jobs included as recognised.
If you do not have enough points to apply for a visa, you may go for sponsorships. Either you can be sponsored by an eligible relative living in Australia, who is a PR holder, a citizen OR a state sponsorship, in which you sign in an agreement with an employer to work for him and he will sponsor you for your visa but you will have to continue working with him for sometime. But if you can study for a valid qualification, if you can get your IELTS score, you will not need anyone since it covers up everything you need to apply for your PR.
