Whos the best tattoo designer

Guys.. Im going to do get my fourth tatt.. I have thousands of designs but nothing was unique enough for me for my left arm.

If you have any good designs or if u can make a good design, pls help..
I was looking for an angel cuz I already have "angels watch over me" (Chinese text) tattooed on the same arm.

Some of The ideas I have are angel , Lion face, tribal ... but it doesn't matter as long as one can come up with a good design..

I'll post the pic once i get it done..
