Why is a man allowed to have more than one wife in Islam?

there maybe 25 million gay men..but the article does not say anything about lesbians.. if there was 25 million gays...there is roughly the same amout of lesbinas as well.. (basic logic)

and the quaran says marry only one?? then if u follow the quaran to the detail why do you want to marry more..

the idea is totally alien to me... u love a woman..u respect her. u care for her.. and yet you want another?? well to put it another way.. its just f**ked up

Most Muslim women covers face & accepting the facts that islam says .. bcoz they have the benifit of this.. that's why most of muslim womens agreed this... except some just.

i think that taking multiple wives falls exactly in the category.. well this is the way i think... im all ears for any criticism

in Buddhism doing deed that gives pain to you or any other is a sin.. would a wife would feel good and happy when she sees his husband with another woman..???

isnt it better dan becoming a public proprty!!!
