Why Other countries continue to issue travel advisories?

As may of us know, We have already catch many extremist and their equipment. But what concern me is that embassies of foreign nations continue to stop their citizens being in Sri Lanka. Yesterday saudi Arabia issued their Travel advisory. Does that mean , they know something which our government have no idea about?
